FastTrac is a practical, hands-on, entrepreneur-learning program designed to help entrepreneurs hone the skills needed to create, manage, and grow a successful business. Is a framework for entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs. Programs combine facilitator-led sessions, small-group exercises, guest subject-matter experts, and idea sharing with peers with business coaching and mentoring. Where participants don't just learn about business, they live it. They work on their own business ideas or existing ventures throughout the program, moving their ventures to reality.
FastTrac programs were launched through the University of Southern California's Entrepreneur Program in Los Angeles in 1986. And the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation became the major funder and supporter of FastTrac in 1993. Since that time the Foundation has supported the expansion of additional FastTrac programs to meet the needs of organizations and entrepreneurs. The resources of a Foundation dedicated to entrepreneurship have enabled FastTrac to produce and maintain an award-winning family of programs.
·· Actually FastTrac is one of America’s leading entrepreneurial learning programs. A number of FastTrac programs are offered for entrepreneurs at different stages of business development, based venture that are being positioned for growth.
Now there are seven different programs.
·· Today more than 300,000 individuals have benefited from participation in FastTrac programs delivered by organizations across America and all over the world.
